The Board of Directors consists of five unpaid volunteers who are shareholders / residents of Bolsa Chica. The Board of Directors has two primary functions. First, they serve as Directors of the Corporation of the park. Second, they serve to fulfill the duties of the administration and operation of the park. BCME, Inc. is a small self-managed park.

Christi Williams and her husband, David, have been living on the Central Coast since 2000 and moved to BCME in 2015. Christi has many years of experience in both management and bookkeeping for local and international non-profit and for-profit organizations and is excited to be a part of the BCME management team.
Secretary
Crystal Cowart has lived in the “Five Cities” area of the Central Coast since 2003 and a resident at Bolsa Chica Mobile Estates since 2021. She has been in the Real Estate business since 1980 and opened her own company in May of 2020.
Because of its small size, Crystal was drawn to the close-knit community of Bolsa Chica Mobile Estates and considers it a “hidden gem” conveniently located near the Village of Arroyo Grande where people know and care about helping one another. Crystal especially enjoys the afternoon gatherings at the “dog friendly” community park where she and her “yappy” toy Schnauzer, Jazzy, meet other neighbors and their “furry” friends
Director
Judy Borchert and her husband John moved to Arroyo Grande 26 years ago, to be close to family. They moved to Bolsa Chica In October 2019. They have wonderful friends and neighbors. They enjoy participating in the activities and clubs in the park It is a special place to live.
